A new full grain leather belt will naturally stiffen at first. To break it in comfortably: wear it daily.The warmth and movement of your body will soften and flex the leather naturally over 2–4 weeks. You can also apply a small amount of leather conditioner and flex the belt gently by hand. Avoid soaking it in water to speed up the process.
